WHO WE ARE

Company History

1994：
We were founded in 1994 as a foam
raw material trading company with
only 7 employees.

1994~2004：
We imported large quantity of raw material
from Europe and Asia and sold to our dom-
estic customers for Furniture foam factories,
car foam factories and chest foam using.

2005~2008：
Our factory was founded for producing different
kinds of foam block and supply to many mattress
factories, furniture factories, auto car factories a-
nd so on. And our factory plant expanded to be
about 9,000 square meters with 40-50 workers.

2005：
Our Foam material r&d team was founded.
They took product scientific research and
development as the first priority to develop
more and more new memory foam material
to help improve and solve different sleep needs.

2009-2014:
Our factory plant was about 26,000 square meters with 120-130 workers and including our Sewing team. We developed many kinds of new foam material to use for mattress and pillows for Human. Also started to attend many mattress furniture exhibitions in China and other countries.

2014-2015:
We passed Walmart factory audit and exported large quantity of foam products to Walmart supermarket for many years.

2015-2016:

We started to develop our memory foam product line for Pet bedding and sold very well for USA market.
We have long business relationship with many famous brand such as Natural sleep, Sealy, Scruffs, Bed&boss, Walmart and so on.

2017：
As so far, we have developed many new kinds of memory foam material for mattress pillows: Cooling foam, Phase change foam, Latex-like foam, Bamboo charcoal foam, Copper infused memory foam and so on. Please leave your contact information, we will send you much more new foam samples.
